I think that violations are committed at higher levels AS WELL AS the
coaching levels.  With so many people behind Walsh oushing him for the
best players possible, I can't help but think that there are people
higher than Walsh or in the background(ex. alumni).  Is this a realistic
possibility or have I just watched Blue Chips too many times?! :-)
