Actually, I think Princeton beat Colgate three times this year (once in the Dexter Classic at U Maine). Would this change anything? Of the teams left in the ECACs other than Clarkson, Princeton dominates head-to-head: 3-0-0 v. Colgate, 1-0-1 v RPI (including a 9-1 pummeling). I understand a lot of weight is put on RPICH, but it seems to me that if you're going to take two ECAC teams and Princeton plays respectably v. Clarkson, then the second team ought to be Princeton (assuming Clarkson goes on to win tourney). I don't know-- it's obvious that I badly want these guys to go the NCAAs. Any way they can get there would make me happy (an ECAC tourney championship would be nice, though). Also, anyone know of TV coverage in the Philly/Central Jersey Area for the ECAC final four?
