BAUER/CCHA OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Brian Felsner, a sophomore center from Lake Superior State University, has been selected the Bauer/CCHA Offensive Player of the Week for his performance the weekend of February 10-11, 1995. He played junior hockey for the Detroit Freeze of the North American Hockey League. Felsner, a 5-11, 185-pound native of Mt. Clemens, Michigan, had seven points (one goal, six assists) in the Lakers sweep of Bowling Green. In Friday's 7-2 triumph, he had three assists, including setting up Mike Morin for the game- winner. In Saturday's 8-2 win, Felsner had a power play goal and three assists. He was a +5 for the weekend. COOPER/CCHA DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Matt Eisler, a freshman goaltender from the University of Notre Dame, has been selected the Cooper/CCHA Defensive Player of the Week for the weekend of February 10-11, 1995. Last season, he played for Canterbury (Connecticut) Prep school. Eisler, a 6-1, 170-pound native of River Edge, New Jersey, helped the Fighting Irish record their first sweep of the season. In Friday's 5-1 victory over Ohio State, Eisler stopped 23 of 24 shots. In Saturday's 4-3 victory over the Buckeyes, he made 24 saves. For the weekend, Eisler turned aside 47 of 51 shots (.922 saves percentage), and aided UND in successfully killing 14 of OSU's 15 power play opportunities.
