The University of Toronto women's team had 2 wins this weekend to maintain their first place standing in the OWIAA (Ontario Women's Interuniversity Athletic Association) league. They beat Laurier University 10-1 on Fri Jan 27th, and Queen's University 6-1 on the afternoon of Sun Jan 29th. Unfortunately I got in a fight with the boards on Friday night ... and the boards won, leaving me with a separated shoulder! :-( I'm hoping to make it back for the finals. This weekend is Concordia University's annual women's hockey tournament (in Montreal). There should be some great women's hockey, featuring teams from both Canada and the US. PC, Concordia, UNH, U of Toronto, St. Lawrence, and UQTR will be there. Does anyone know which other teams will be there?
