BOWLING GREEN STATE UNIVERSITY -- Bowling Green will play its 500th game at the
BGSU Ice Arena this Friday when the Falcons entertain Alaska Fairbanks.  BG is
354-125-20 in the friendly confines with a total attendance of 1,488,477.
Senior center Brian Holzinger has a point in eight of the last nine games and
has a three-game assist streak.  He has a point in 22 of 25 games this year,
with BG compiling an 0-2-1 record when Holzinger is not on the scoresheet.
 
FERRIS STATE UNIVERSITY -- Freshman center Jason Blake has a point in nine of
the last 10 games recording six goals and five assists for 11 points with two
shorthanded goals.  He also has two game- winning goals in the last 10 games.
 
UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS AT CHICAGO -- Sophomore center Mike Peron has a goal in
eight of the last 13 games scoring nine times with three assists for 12 points
with one shorthanded goal and one game- winning tally.
 
LAKE SUPERIOR STATE UNIVERSITY -- Freshman goalie John Grahame has a 2-1-0
record in his last three appearances with a 2.01 goals-against average and a
.922 saves percentage.  He lowered his goals- against average (3.54 to 3.10)
and raised his saves percentage (.862 to .878) during the month of January.
 
MIAMI UNIVERSITY -- Junior center Kevyn Adams snapped a three-game goalless
streak with his 11th lamp-lighter of the season Saturday.  He has had nine
multiple-point games this year including three two- goal games.
 
UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN -- Freshman right wing Bill Muckalt extended his point-
streak to 11 games with a goal on Friday and an assist on Saturday.  During the
point-streak, he has eight goals and six assists for 14 points with three game-
winning goals and a plus/minus rating of +11.  He has not been minus
(plus/minus) for a game since October 22.
 
MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY -- Freshman center Richard Keyes has a goal in three
of the last four games and is currently in the midst of his third two-goal game
streak of the season.  Senior left wing Steve Guolla has a point in nine of the
last 10 games scoring six goals and 13 assists for 19 points with two power
play goals, a shorthanded goal and a plus/minus rating of +7.
 
UNIVERSITY OF NOTRE DAME -- Sophomore left wing Terry Lorenz recorded his
second three-point game in January during Saturday's win at Ferris State.  He
earlier had a goal and two assists on January 17 against Western Michigan.  His
16 points (seven goals, nine assists) surpass his rookie total of 15 points.
 
OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY -- Roster Addition:  #23 Jarrett Whidden, C, 4-15-73, 5-
10, 170, So./So., Cleveland, Ohio/Ohio University.  Senior right wing Sacha
Guilbault has a point in 10 of his last 13 games including four straight,
during which he has two goals and six assists for eight points.  For the year,
he has a point in 12 of the 16 games he has played.
 
WESTERN MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY -- Junior left wing Chris Brooks has an assist in
19 of WMU's 29 games this year including both games this past weekend.
 
UNIVERSITY OF ALASKA FAIRBANKS -- Senior center Warren Carter has five assists
in the last three games and eight points (two goals, six assists) in the last
five games with a plus/minus rating of +6.
 
CCHA - DID YOU KNOW? -- That Bowling Green holds the CCHA record for
