The College Hockey Discussion List Poll for November 29, 1994:

Teams were given 15 points for a first-place vote, 14 for a second-place
vote, and so on down to 1 point for a fifteenth-place vote. Total first-
place votes are in parentheses.

Despite all the head-to-head matchups between ranked teams last week, there
was not a lot of shuffling in the HOCKEY-L poll. Maine, not surprisingly,
retains its top spot. Minnesota, on the basis of a 2-0 record in the
College Hockey Showcase, was the week's big gainer, moving up three spots to
#3.

Others receiving votes: Denver, Western Michigan, Lake Superior,

Teams named on all responses: Maine, Colorado College, Minnesota,

     Northeastern, New Hampshire

Dropped out of Top 15: Harvard (#15 last week)

Not a great deal of difference between this week's Eastern and Western
polls, though Vermont's one-goal loss to Lake Superior and win against Miami
appear to have earned the Catamounts more respect among the Westerners than
the Easterners. Conversely, Denver's wins over Northeastern and Boston
College seem to have impressed Eastern voters more than Western ones.
