        pipes underneath the ice...kinda like every other arena worth its
        salt in the world.  ie...it's not kept frozen by keeping the building
        at 30 degrees.

        It's not IU...it's the city of Bloomington, and they're pretty cheap.
        IU's too cheap to even have a rink on campus.
