I noticed that the AHL's newest team, the expansion
Worcester Icecats, have signed former SLU goalie
Les Kuntar and ex Colgate netminder Wayne Cowley.
Kuntar spent last year with the AHL's Fredericton
Canadiens while Cowley was with the Oilers'
minor league in Cape Breton (NS). Cowley and
Kuntar are two of only three players uynder
contract with the Icecats.
