Well, Neil Koepke finally got off the LPGA and back to hockey, but a lot of it is old stuff. Among the new: The MSU-Anchorage attempt at 2 games fell through - Anchorage will save the games so they can play Fairbanks. There is an attempt to schedule a non-league game with Bowling Green on October 15. A possible exhibition game on December 10 with either a touring Russian team, or Western Ontario. If the rest of the CCHA schedule is set (I assume it is) I have been unable to get it. Koepke says candidates at Miami include RPI's Buddy Powers, LSSU assistant Paul Pooley, MN asst Mark Mazzoleni, and Miami assistant Greg Drechsel. Ferris' Bob Daniels wants to fulfill his contract w/ the Bulldogs. MSU golf outing on July 7 includes Mike Donnelly, Kevin and Kip Miller, Danton Cole, Don McSween, Joby and Mitch Messier, Bryan Smolinski (aside to JohnH - I don't think he can gain any assists here), Bobby Reynolds, and Wes McCauley. The rest of his column is old stuff to Hockey-Lers.
