Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=111). The server is probably not started. LISTSERV - HOCKEY-L Archives - LISTS.MAINE.EDU

Can anyone tell the rational for abandoning the 10-minute OT in favor of
the 5-minute one in the first place?  Seems like the coaches almost WANTED
to have more ties!!
