I believe that if a school cancels a program and the players who are
on scholarship decide to stay and finish their degrees, they will
continue to receive that aid as long as they remain eligible to get
it.
 
However, if any players transfer to another school, they have to pay
their own way at the new school unless that school decides to give
them aid, in the form of an athletic scholarship or otherwise.  The
new school has no obligations concerning whatever aid the player
received from his first school.
