So if KSU students can transfer, what happens to their scholarships and
who pays them?  I mean, suppose one transfered to U-M and had to pay
$16,000 in tuition.  I can guarentee you that that's MUCH more than Kent
State, in or out of state.  WHo picks up the tab?  BEcause if the new
school does, I think most of the KSU players would just be unappetizing
for many other school.
