This was an interesting goal. There was a mess in front of the
net and Luhning hit the puck. The Ferris goalie was already down in the
goal. What was odd is that part of the goalie was actually in the net.
The Ferris goalie layed down and no one knew were the puck was. Note
that the whistle had not been blown yet. The Ferris Goalie (Lisko)
then spreads his legs and there is the puck right by his gonades. I
immediatly relized it was a goal because his gonades and puck were
completely across the goal line. I thought for sure the refree would
not see it. To my suprise he did and called it correctly. The one
question is did Luhning actually shoot it in or did Lisko manage to
pull the puck into the goal?

Here is a question to all the people who attended the game.
I thought UM played extremely hard. It really looked like they
skated with there heart in it but UM did not score very many goals.
What do you think went wrong?

P.S. Even though I have a UM bias I believe the refree made the correct
call. My seat is on the goal line that the disputed goal took
place on. So I saw the entire event.
