Following up on what Bruce Spencer wrote:
 
Is it a common practice for the NC$$ to give opponents the option of
accepting or rejecting the win when a team is required to forfeit games as a
result of violations?  When Alaska-Fairbanks had to forfeit a dozen wins
from 1991-92, I don't recall hearing anything about their opponents being
allowed to decide whether to accept the win or not.  Likewise when Maine had
to forfeit games from the same year during the whole Cal Ingraham situation.
(Boy, 1991-92 is shaping up as quite a season, eh?)
