Actually, it was Walsh of Maine who made BC take off a patch that was too
big.

It is possible that he has mellowed, I have only been watching him for 5 1/2
years. Also, my experience has been that he complains about things that
might affect the game neggatively against BU. When the BC band was playing,
BU had the lead and Cedorchuk was doing more yelling at his players with
instructions etc. to try and get back into the game. Parker was comfortable.

I do not know what was wrong with the MSU facemasks, but there must have been
a reason why they were illegal. If they would have either given MSU an
unfair advantage or made it dangerous to the BU players, I'm sure he would have
complained.

A few years, he was the coach that noticed that BC had built their rink in an
illegal layout when BC was using their bench set-up to an unfair advantage.

The only thing Parker could have been complaining about this past weekend was
Bob Joyce's Ulf Samuelson impersonation and attempt to end Kaj Linna's career.
After a similar mid ice kneeing incident away from the play Friday night that
took Coleman out for a little while, I thought could have been intentional, or
could have been an accident, Saturday night's cheap-shot clearly was an attempt
to injure (only called a two-minute minor that got Parker yelling) and has
Linna out for at least a month. Linna was a second team All-American last year
who I had been critical of, but who had improved drasticly this year.

It's a shame, because I do not think this is Cedorchuk's style, and I don't
criticize people on the list for hits after the whistle, high sticks, or even
fights, but blatent attempts to knock someone out of hockey forever are truly
the lowest. Joyce IMHO should be given a suspension and watched to see if he
tries to end anyone else's career.
