The Chiefs took a 1-0 lead in the first period when Ian Hebert wristed a 10-footer past Maine goalie Blair Allison. Lowell put in two more in the first period -- Mike Murray's goal on Shane Henry's setup in front, and a shot from the left point by Dave Barrozino.
