I was sitting right behind the net for the non-call on the second NMU goal, as part of the alumni band - what a great time. Anyway, even where I was I'm not sure exactly what happened, but there was another Badger player in the area, and one person sitting near me commented that the refs may not have called anything since they felt the Badger player was holding the NMU player and thus the NMU player could not move away from Carey. I wish I had a chance to see a tape of the play again to really see what had happened. The other play I would like to see again is the near goal by NMU in the third which would have given them the lead. The goal light never went on, but it was awfully close. If it indeed was the right call, it was some great heads up hockey by Carey to get the puck out of there. Wendy Istvanick UW-Madison - Go Badgers!!!
