The Miami Redskins are the 1992-93 CCHA Champions! The Redskins needed at least a tie tonight to clinch the top spot, and that's exactly what they got in a very exciting game with the Lakers. LSSU came back from a 4-2 deficit in the 2nd period by scoring three straight to end the period leading, 5-4. After exchanging goals early in the 3rd period, the teams were extrememly physical. With 2:13 left in regulation, however, Brian Savage scored his second goal of the night and 33rd of the season to give Miami the tie they needed. Again, I was at the mercy of the radio announcers. I apologize for any misspellings of Laker players.
