Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=111). The server is probably not started.

We have heard several rumors about Steve Piotrowski (CCHA ref).
Most are about a fight he had with a ref during a men's league
game.  Rumor is that he has been suspensed from officiating any
CCHA games.
 
Has anyone seen him lately?  Are these rumors true?  Any clues?
