Well, Clarkson won it's 3rd straight by downing Dartmouth, 7-5.

Dartmouth got on the board in the first period only to have Clarkson tie
the game. Later, Dartmouth scored to make it 2-1 but Clarkson scored a
big goal late in the second period to tie the game. That must have
given Clarkson the momentum they needed because they EXPLODED for 3
goals in the first 3 minutes of the 3rd period. Dartmouth poked in a rebound
to make it 5-3 but a few sweet passes later, Clarkson made it 6-3. Then
Marko Tuomainen (I think) came down the left wing and fired a blast by
Dartmouth goalie Vern Guetens. A Dartmouth player beat Rogles through
the 5-hole to make it 7-4 and, in a scrum in front, another beat Rogles
high to the glove side with about 1:15 left. Dartmouth could never get
the puck past the red line and was unable to pull Guetens before time
expired.

Clarkson did not play quite as well as the last two games but they
really came to play in the 3rd period and didnot collapse as they had done
in some games early in the season.

Clarkson goes to 9-8-4 and 5-5-3 in the ECAC while Dartmouth falls
to 7-10 and 5-8 in the ECAC.

St Lawrence was leading Brown 5-3 in the third. If this holds, Clarkson
...oops, make that St Lawrence was leading Vermont in the third period
, 5-3. If SLU held on to win, both Tech and SLU would move to within one
point of UVM and Brown for 4th place.

Box score tommorow.
