One idea not put out yet for olympic hockey, would be something similar to what
soccer does.  They have an age limit of 23 for anyplayers to be involved in the
games.  As far as I know, this is the only restriction, so young pros can play.
Soccer does this to maintain the importance of the World Cup every four years.
Perhaps a similar idea relating to the Canada Cup would allow pros to play for
a "global" championship, while still allowing the younger players to be a part
of the olympics.  Just some grist for the mill....Any comments?
