The argument that two trips is unnecessary is a bit ridiculous considering that
the Seawolves will be in the WCHA pretty soon, but the missed study day and
class time are very valid concerns.  It is nice to see that even in the
WCHA/Big 10--the land of the big money, scholarships, and athletes whose
credentials as students are highly suspect--there is some academic integrity
left.  One is left to wonder however, if the trip might not have been approved
for a bigger program.  (Or is hockey the sacred cow at U of Minn like
football and basketball are here?)
