From the Star Tribune this morning:

 CZECHS TOP U.S. HOCKEY TEAM
Ray LeBlanc gave up four goals within a 7-minute, 41-second span of the opening
period as Czechoslovakia routed Team USA 8-1 in Thursday's quarterfinals in
 Prague, Czechoslovakia.

LeBlanc, the U.S. Olympic hero, didn't get much defensive help <oh, really?> as
the Czechsa carried the play throughout the first period, outshooting the
 Americans 18-6.

Barry Richter, a defenseman from the University of Wisconsin, scored the only
U.S. goal at 8:41 of the second period.
