They beat Colgate 6-5 in OT and then followed that with one of their three quality wins of the season beating Clarkson 4-3. (Consolation to the Clarkson fans is that OSU did at least pound LSSU later in the season, making their loss look a little more respectable.) Colgate clobbered Army in the third place game.
