What is this NCAA regulation of pep bands? I thought it was the noise rule
during actual play and nothing else. Pep band size? Pep band seating? Huh?
 
All that Wisconsin unrest must have been something to see. I didn't even get a
chance to hear it on the radio, and ESP-f____-N blacked out in this area!!
