Here are some thoughts/observations for any and all interested in Michigan's all-time leading scorers. UMs career scoring leader is currently Dave Debol, but Tuesday night's assist leaves Denny Felsner only 5 points behind. Felsner is a senior and, barring injury, will break Debol's record. That begs the question -- will junior David Roberts then break Felsner's record next year? Also, will sophomore Brian Wiseman break the record in 1994? Here's a glance at the Michigan list through last Saturday. Year(s) GM G A PTS PIM +/- ------- --- --- --- --- --- --- 1. Dave Debol 1974-78 112 134 246 2. He's prone to BIG weekends versus teams such as Ferris, but I'm hoping he breaks the record at home next Tuesday (BGSU). I'm not sure of how many UM fans are even paying attention to this.
