How common is that--at the end of a game or any other time? How much did pulling the goalie (which I presume was done) have to do with this? AMAZing! P.S. To Michigan Tech fans--Everyone in Marquette will be rooting even harder than usual for you this weekend, surprise, surprise! (Sorry Carol, but a race is a race! :) BTW there is in fact a sur- prisingly strong pro-MTU sentiment expressed in Marquette--every time the Lakeview Arena announcer gives a Tech score and the Huskies are ahead there's a pretty good cheer. (This sentiment seems to vanish when MTU's playing NMU, however.) Any similar indications of support for the Wildcats at Houghton? P.P.S. Will the Badger-Wildcat series be on any of the cable channels like PASS? *********************************** * Steve Christopher, NMU * * "Go 'Cats!''Going for two in '92!" * * [log in to unmask] *
