Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=111). The server is probably not started.

If my memory serves my right - there was an emphasis on enforcing the
hitting from behind (if that is the right combination of words) rule.
Has the rule been de-emphasised or are the players just a bit smarter?
I can't remember more than one or two calls this year at Lynah.
