I was at that game too. As a matter of fact, I videotaped the entire fight
at the Brown-RPI game on Feb. 2, 1991 that caused most of the penalties in the
204 minute total. Consider this:

1. How can 2linesmen and a referee stop 11 battling players instantly?
2. Malinoski did take note of the penalties as he was supposed to.
3. RPI won the last 19 straight against Brown. We RPI fans hate the Noise rule,
which was brought about in a complaint by the Brown coach 4.5 years ago when
they played here. That's just part of the rivalry. With a rivalry like that,
anythings bound to happen.

Do I really care less? I love hockey violence- no flames please. that's
why I bring my camcorder to games. Face it: I'd rather be pummeled by some
amateur weekend boxer while wearing a foot of padding than being struck by a
100 mph puck or checked into boards at 25+ mph!

Other than RPI-Brown, could anyone share memories of college hockey's
gereatest (or worst) fights? Player-Player, Player-Ref, Ref-coach, Fan-Coach,
Fan-player, Fan-Fan, Player-player-fan-fan-fan-coach-coach-ref-player-fan-
player-linesman-player-linesman-sheep-Zamboni driver-Pep Band member-security-
fan-player-cheerleader-fan-player-National Guard...etc.?

     In brutality,

See you in the field house, Ross!
