Captain Jamie Steer had 4 goals 2 assists to lead the Huskies this weekend as they split with UMD loosing friday 4-3 in overtime. The Huskies host Denver this weekend in the John McGinnis Student Ice arena. I also wish to congratulate the MTU and UMD bands for entertaining us this weekend. They worked together, alternating playing and for the first time in 13 years of college Hockey, I actually remained in my seat thru all 4 intermissions of the weekends games and listened to the Bands play!
