Thanks for the info on the Olympic teams.
 
Somebody mentioned a player named Dave Capuano who played college hockey at
Maine.  Did he transfer to Maine from Michigan?  I remember a Capuano who
was on the Michigan roster as a freshman in (I think) 1985/1986.  He played
a couple of games here and then just disappeared.
