In the final game of the WCHA there were literally several feet by one foot wide patches of ice which has so terribly torn that I wondered how the puck could possibly travel the ice without deflection. The conditions at the Civic Arena following the High School tourney is just awful. This year the good folks at the Civic Arena did a better job than last; however, there is a lot of room to improve. Let's take it to Milwaukee or Green Bay.
