What the St. Paul NCAA tournament has to shoot at is the NCAA attendance
record set at the 1989 NCAA tournament in St. Paul. All four sessions
were sellouts, at over 16,000 per session. Given that there is no longer
a third-place game, the total attendance record for 1989 is unbeatable,
but I'm sure that all three sessions will sell out (order your tickets
soon!)
