Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=111). The server is probably not started.

Technically, icing can be waived off when the referee judges that a defensive
player can touch the puck.  The key word here is judge.  As you all know,
most referees are not blessed with eyesight so it comes down to a judgement
call.
