Hello All, The Maine State Library will host a workshop at our 242 State St., Augusta location on Thursday, May 2, 10 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. This in-person program will focus on ways to assess community, patron, and organizational needs to inform strategic planning as well as library program and services development. Jenny Melvin, MSL Data Coordinator and Deborah Cark, MSL Library Management Specialist will guide attendees through various methods for collecting data for effective planning and decision-making. This program will benefit library trustees and municpal officials as well as library directors, program managers, and strategic planning team members.
