Hi, Susan. MEEOA program membership is an allowable cost, individual memberships aren't because they are non-transferrable (vs. NEOA). But without the individual memberships, you have to pay the full conference rate when the time comes. All three are key to MEEOA's bottom line. Hope this helps.
