Greetings! The State University of New York (SUNY) has launched an out-of-state tuition<https://www.suny.edu/suny-news/press-releases/12-22/12-1-22/applications-increase.html> match option where applicants in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Illinois, and California are eligible to receive their in-state tuition and fees at a SUNY school. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in furthering their GIS education with classes at Monroe Community College either through a micro-credential, certificate, A.A.S. degree, or all three! All GIS classes are fully online/remote. Fall registration opens in a couple weeks where you can take Intro to Remote Sensing or Geospatial Data Management an Acquisition, among other courses. Check out where GIST at MCC can take you!<https://storymaps.arcgis.com/stories/16d98c5cd26e4b4baded9cb0fba70b4d> Please see more information about our programs via the StoryMap above and reach out to myself or Professor Jonathon Little with any questions ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>).
