Dear Sir or Madam:

As a land surveyor, I was disappointed with the new format to download
shape file contours. I had bid a job based on my prior experience with the
State GIS and spent close to a day trying to get this done. Budget
destroyed!

Thank goodness for NOAA. I found (directed by a friend) an easy way to get
this done and in addition the pollylines created had the correct elevations
on them, whereas on your site I always had to put elevations on the
polylines.

I don't do this alot (GIS), so if I missed something please let me know,
otherwise please take this as constructive criticism to help develop this
site for all users.

Thank you,

Bill Acheson'
