2022-23 Seesaw Purchasing Consortia

ACTEM is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Vermont & New Hampshire again in 2022-23 for the Seesaw Licensing Purchasing Consortia.
This consortia purchasing will enable schools/districts in all three states to increase the total number of licenses purchased so we are able to get the best pricing for all.

Last year, with the combined numbers from all three states, the consortia was able to bring pricing down to $4.15 per student (a saving of $1.35 per license). ACTEM alone had orders for just under 26,000 Seesaw licenses for the first year which represents a saving of over $34,000 to Maine schools. The savings was even greater when many districts extended their orders to 3-year licensing at the same low consortia pricing. Those licenses for the two extra years represent another $39,000 in savings for Maine Schools.

- Vita-Learns (the Vermont ISTE affiliate) will be aggregating all Seesaw orders into a single large order for all three States.
- All Schools/Districts must complete the ONLINE ORDER FORM on the Vita-Learns website at this link: https://vita-learn.org/seesaw2021/seesaw-order-form/
- The order form will allow schools to choose to be invoiced before or after the July 1st fiscal year changeover.
- Please complete the online order form by May 25, 2022, so the consortia pricing can be locked in at the lowest volume rate.
- All Seesaw orders will share the consortia licensing term of August 1, 2022, to July 31, 2023
Seesaw For Schools
Based on historical purchases, the consortia is confident that Seesaw For Schools licensing will see a large enough total aggregated order to qualify for Seesaw’s highest volume tier (30,000+ licenses).
Seesaw has increased its pricing for the 2022-23 school year to $6/student.
Consortia Seesaw for Schools price is $4.85/student for 2022-23 (A saving of $1.15 per student)
Seesaw For Schools + Seesaw Lessons Bundle Seesaw Lessons is new this year, so the consortia has not yet established a significant volume. Seesaw Lessons licensing is based on your Seesaw For Schools licensing count. Therefore, if you require 250 Seesaw For Schools licenses and your school also wants to purchase Seesaw Lessons, your school needs to purchase 250 Seesaw Lessons licenses.
The consortia has special bundled pricing that includes both your school's Seesaw For Schools Licensing and Seesaw Lessons for all users.
Consortia Bundled price of Seesaw For Schools + Seesaw Lessons is $9.85/student for 2022-23

Ordering Seesaw Licensing through ACTEM:
- All Schools/Districts must complete the ONLINE ORDERING FORM at the Vita-Learns website by May 25, 2022.
- The order form will allow schools to choose to be invoiced before or after the July 1st fiscal year changeover.
- The order form includes the ability to upload your Purchase Order
- Invoices will be issued in June/early July depending on your selection and sent by email to the contact listed on the order form.
- Your payment due date will be 30 days from the invoice date or July 31, 2022, whichever is sooner.
