Bendable Hub Library Interest Meeting – Summary and Recording

Thanks to everyone who attended yesterday. We had a great discussion!
Everyone at the Maine State Library appreciates your support and interest in creating and launching Bendable Maine.
You can view the recording of the informational Zoom and the following discussion and Q and A <https://www.maine.gov/msl/libs/grant_projects/HubInfo1864572884.mp4> – it also posted on the Bendable Information webpage <https://www.maine.gov/msl/libs/grant_projects/BendableMaine.shtml> along with the slides<https://www.maine.gov/msl/libs/grant_projects/documents/BendableMainePPT_Hubs.pdf> and a link to the Library Hub Guide<https://www.maine.gov/msl/libs/grant_projects/documents/BendableMaine-HubLibraryGuide.pdf>.

If you would like to be a regional hub – or want your library to participate in other ways to the Bendable Maine Bendable Learning platform – please fill out the Hub Library and Bendable Interest Survey <https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/BendableHubs> – Please respond by Feb 3, 2022

Some great discussion was around smaller libraries being co-hubs; participation by university/academic libraries in other supporting roles, and how to participate in content selection/evaluation. It was a great session – and we learned so much from your questions and suggestions.

The Drucker Institute will begin learning sessions in February. More information will be shared discussed at the next Statewide Zoom but please do the interest survey before that meeting.
Time: February 8, 2022 @ 3:15 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada)
