That poor fill rate and slow delivery was a huge reason why I stopped ordering from B&T. Now I use Ingram for our book orders. So far their fill rate it excellent and books come on time. No delays. When I need something that Ingram says is out of print, I go to BullMoose or Powell's in Portland, Oregon. For a long time, I do all I can to avoide using Amazon.
