As Mary and I are starting to schedule Zoom meetings with congressional offices, I wanted to extend an invitation to anyone who may be interested in joining the MEEOA Board.

We are still in search of a President-Elect and a Government Relations chair, and invite anyone who is interested to reach out to us with any questions.

Both of these positions involve working closely with COE and Maine congressional offices to further the TRIO and GEAR UP agenda, stay relevant, and advocate for TRIO and GEAR UP programs/funding. If you have an interest in politics, advocacy, or leadership, either of these positions might be a good fit for you, and we could train you for a year before you "officially" take the reins.
