Scope: Network Connectivity and Phone Service for Gorham Campus

Summary: 
	During the extended maintenance window, we be working on the fiber and core networking equipment for the Gorham Campus.  

While this is a an extended maintenance window, outages will last the duration of the window.  There will be periods of outages that should be brief, 15 - 30 minutes each while things are moved around.  All services should be back up by 7:00 AM.
