Back in the day, back in the early 1990s, I used to print off listserv digests at work and then at home when I got a PC and printer. I would take those to church on Sunday and they would get circulated around a couple of other college hockey fans there. Even a week late, it was still more than they had or could get elsewhere. Once the hockey websites started coming on line the need for that died off.

Thanks,

Doug Peterson

I also want to add that I stopped on the tournament when it was reduced to just a WAG for me.

Only 9 people entered Bill's contests and I suspect my upcoming NC$$ contest will draw about the same. I checked back to the earliest spreadsheet I had for the 2000 contest and I had 58 entries.

Sigh!  The good old days
