I have to say that 25 years ago tomorrow was a tragic incident in
Cincinnati that arguably... and correctly... overshadows any sports moments
of the year. That is the sudden death of umpire John mcSherry at the start
of the opening day Reds-Expos game at Riverfront stadium. I apologize if
this mention is off-topic but it is only done in comparison.
