Publication Date: 2021-03-31 State of Maine Department of Administration and Financial Services Office of Information Technology Maine GeoLibrary Board RFP# 202102016 - Maine GeoLibrary Strategic Plan Update The State of Maine is seeking proposals for consulting services to develop an update to the Maine GeoLibrary strategic plan last updated in 2009. The updated strategic plan will provide a blueprint for financing Board operations, data acquisition and hosting, and dissemination of geospatial data to the greater GIS community and the public. This plan will form the basis for completing and maintaining the Board's OneMAP for ME program.
