Hello Maine GeoLibrary Service Consumers,
The service: <https://gis.maine.gov/arcgis/rest/services/imageryBaseMapsEarthCover/orthoRegional2018/ImageServer>is offline and unavailable for unplanned maintence. Users reported drawing inconsistencies at select scales.  These problems are under repair.  Estimated Time to Repair (ETR) and service restoral 2020-10-02.
