Hi, Kim, It sounds like the Download Library notification I get when an item I'm on hold for is about to come due for someone else and I'm the next person on the list. It's been awhile since I've had one of those though so I may be misremembering, but if you provide your patron info and the message info on the support form at https://www.maineinfonet.org/download/support/downloadlibrarycontact/ , someone will be able to help better determine what's going on.
