For all those who wish to apply for E-Rate on their own for Funding Year 2020 (meaning filing for E-Rate for products and services other than those that Networkmaine provides its members):
USAC has announced the annual Form 471 filing window dates for FY2020. By counting backward 28 days to allow the required time for competitive bidding, we can also now determine the last day to file an FY2020 Form 470 - and take advantage of the FY2020 Category 2 budget bump - and still have time to file an FY2020 Form 471 within the filing window.
Update your EPC profile's organization members and NSLP data
The FY2020 Administrative Window:
Closes shortly before January 15, 2020
(this is your only opportunity to update NSLP and enrollment numbers in EPC before profiles are locked)
Request bids for products and services and launch the competitive bidding process
The FY2020 Form 470 Deadline:
February 26, 2020
Apply for E-Rate funding for the products and services chosen as a result of the FCC Form 470 process
The FY2020 Form 471 Application Filing Window:
Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 12:00 Noon EST – Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at 11:59 PM EDT
