If you intend to file for E-Rate for FY2020 other than the services Networkmaine provides, the time has arrived to start your preparations in earnest.

The FY2020 Administrative Window opened today (October 11) and will remain open until just before the FY2020 Form 471 Filing window opens (likely early January 2020).

This is your only opportunity to update the NSLP and enrollment numbers in EPC. This data will be used to calculate your E-Rate discount on FY2020 filings.

Although it probably seems like you have all the time in the world to make these updates, I would recommend getting them in as soon as you have your updated figures lest you forget as time passes. Once the window closes, the EPC system will lock your profile and will not allow any changes. Outdated data may affect the processing of your FY2020 Form 471 during PIA Review.

During the Administrative Window, independent schools and school districts must update their EPC profiles for the following:
Contact me directly for assistance if you are aware of any structural changes to your organization (e.g. split or merged school districts, new schools, or schools that will be closed effective July 1, 2020).

Complete instructions for logging into EPC and updating the NSLP data in your profile are attached.
